Obesity and Cancer

Obesity and use of tobacco are the top reasons for the increased death ratio worldwide.  It is observed that obesity leads to death quickly.  An obese man suffers from problems like hypertension and heart disease and the recent studies revealed that obesity is one of the major cause for cancer especially stomach cancer.

When the body mass index is calculated obesity could be measure easily.  If the index is measured 30% or more than that obese is declared. An obese man is at the risk of being affected by prostrate, colon and rectum cancer. At the same time an obese woman is at the risk of endometrial cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. It is better to avoid obesity than to suffer from these cancer diseases.

The connection between obesity and cancer is agreed by the researchers. Eating healthy foods, totally neglecting junk foods and being a member of a fitness program will avoid obesity. Further is studied that obesity is the cause for the formation of many unwanted glands and tumors in human body.  These glands and tumors on later stage become the point of producing cancer cells.

If an abnormal swelling or pain is felt in the stomach or in any part of the body it is better to check it immediately. In many cases a tumor or a gland is the cause to it. The tumor and glands are formed due to the excess fat present in the body and the increase of glucose level in blood vessels. The obese people usually have both the excessive fat and increased sugar level in their body. Hence, the obese men or women are prone to cancer quickly.

Controlling obesity will control many complications in human body.  And the study on obesity and cancer revealed that keeping the body fit will prevent cancer. Due to the proximity of cancer is higher to obsess man and woman all are advised to keep away from obesity.
